Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This page is structural scaffolding with placeholder tokens (marked TODO_…) in place of facts we don't have yet. It has not been reviewed by a qualified person and must not be published as-is.
1Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using CanvasGrid (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to any policies referenced in them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by W3 Dev LLC.
2The Service
CanvasGrid is a guided, template-and-style-driven design tool: you build a brief from a template or a blank project, apply a saved style, and generate on-brand assets and variant sets on infrastructure we operate, sharing a project with teammates or clients by invite. These Terms cover the Service as it actually exists — they will be updated as the Service changes, not written ahead of it.
3Accounts
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4Your content
You retain ownership of the brand assets, templates, styles, and generated output you create in the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to any input you upload (logos, product photos, brand assets), and for how you use any output you generate. We do not train our own models on your content; when you run a generation, your input is sent to the third-party model provider behind that model (for example Replicate, Fal.ai, or OpenAI) and processed under that provider's own terms. See the Privacy Policy for more detail, current as of this page's last edit.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal in the jurisdiction you're using it from.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or another account.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement.
- Use the Service to infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
6Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and on the pricing page. The included monthly allowance and any top-up packs you purchase are described on the pricing page, not here, so pricing terms stay in one place.
7Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, including a violation of Section 5.
8Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that generated output will be free of errors, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific generation is fit for a particular purpose.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CanvasGrid and W3 Dev LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the date below when that happens, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active account holders before the change takes effect.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
